At Bean & Lily we want you to be satisfied!  If for any reason you would like to return a cleaning product or return/exchange one of our gear items we are happy to help.  You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping cost.  Gear items are also available for exchange within 30 days as well.

Most of the time we’re able to offer suggestions that solve perceived performance issues, so if you’re having trouble cleaning something let us know by email at customercare@beanandlily.com and we will gladly offer some “tricks of the trade” advice.  If you’re still not satisfied, let us know and we will get the return process started by sending an email to customercare@beanandlily.com
